Marée ("Marée," "we," "us") is operated by Nuzan Promotions and Branding, a California business at 19612 Pine Valley Ave, Porter Ranch, CA 91326. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit mareefashion.com or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and shipping info: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
• Payment info: card number, expiration, and CVV. This is sent directly to our PCI-compliant payment processor; we never see or store the full card number.
• Account / preferences: newsletter signup, size preferences, anything you share with us.
• Customer support: any details you share when you email or chat with us.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, time on site.
• Cookies and similar tech: small files stored in your browser to keep your cart, remember preferences, and measure ad performance. See "Cookies" below.

How we use it

• Fulfill and ship your order, send confirmations and tracking, handle returns.
• Process payment and prevent fraud.
• Send you marketing emails or texts only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it with the following categories of service providers strictly to run the business:

• Payment processor: handles card charges and refunds.
• Shipping carriers: USPS and UPS, for delivery.
• Email / SMS platform: sends order receipts and (if you opted in) marketing messages.
• Analytics and ad platforms: Google, Meta, and Pinterest pixels measure ad performance and let us retarget visitors with ads. You can opt out — see "Your choices."
• Customer support tools: the help-desk software that stores your support emails.

We may also share information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect Marée, our customers, or the public from harm or fraud. If Marée is sold or merged, customer data may transfer to the buyer subject to this policy.

We use first-party cookies to keep your cart and preferences, and third-party cookies from Google, Meta, and Pinterest to measure ad performance and show retargeting ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work but the cart may not persist between visits.

We won't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email privacy@mareefashion.com with the subject "CCPA Request" and the order number or email address on your account. We verify identity before fulfilling the request.

Other state privacy rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. Email privacy@mareefashion.com with the subject "Privacy Request" to exercise them.

Data retention

We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Customer support tickets are kept for 3 years.

Children

Marée is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email privacy@mareefashion.com and we'll delete it.

Security

The site uses TLS encryption on every page. Payment data is tokenized by our PCI-compliant processor. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard practices to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business changes. Material changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date; significant changes are emailed to active customers.
